They will talk about a very important topic for the cultural sector. According to the recently adopted amendments to the Law on Protection and Development of Culture, a register of freelance artists is to be established. Essentially, this is a first step towards the formulation of a professional artist status, as is the practice in most European countries. However, how should we define professional artists and cultural professionals?
