Labanotation (Movement Notation System). We will try to dive into the limitless possibilities of developing movement material, provoked by simple choices that, too &#8222;logical&#8220;, remain unexplored in our dance bodies. <\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Labanotation is a system for analyzing and recording human movement. It was developed by the Austro-Hungarian choreographer and dancer Rudolf von Laban. He created this notation system in the 1920s to provide a structured means of documenting and studying different movements, facilitating the communication of dance and movement in different contexts.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Elena Marinova (Bulgaria\/Netherlands) is an independent performer, choreographer and dance artist. She graduated from the Laban Conservatoire of Dance and Music in London in 2023.
