On 9 and 10 June Varna will host a working visit of representatives of Trans Europe Halles – a leading European network of independent cultural centres. The meeting is held on the initiative of Varna Dance Theatre, in partnership with RCCI “Topocentrala” and with the support of Varna Municipality, whose mayor is the patron of the event.

The visit is part of the Dance Routes festival and aims to exchange experiences and good practices. The programme includes professional meetings and discussion of opportunities for the development of sustainable cultural infrastructure in Varna, in line with European trends.

The visit is part of a long-term process to create a new contemporary performing arts space in the city, led by the local scene with international support.
