100% Authentic Movement
In this workshop, Kosta Karakashian and I will work on connecting our movements to our authentic creative charge. We will make a connection between emotion and choreography and explore how to connect to our individual movement style. The workshop is a safe environment where we will also build strategies to prepare our minds to be most connected to ourselves when we go on stage.

If you’ve asked yourself, “How do I dance without worry? How can I recreate with my body all the emotions I hear or feel? How do I prepare so that I give my all on stage?”, this is the workshop for you.
The workshop will consist of improvisation tasks, discussion and group work and recording of a final video, with each participant receiving individual feedback from Costa. The goal of the workshop is for each participant to leave with a clear personal strategy on how to unlock their authentic dance energy.
The workshop is open and suitable for participants with any previous experience and style! You will have the opportunity to shoot a video with your own phones to keep as a reference and memento of the work created in the workshop.
